We had to wait until spring to call a landscaper to repair the lawn; and on 4/26/16, ****Lawn also in the same business as Joe; said if the sinks are still backing up the line needed to be checked for a blockage, We called Joe who immediately started making excuses; I outright asked him to come out and He said No, and that any problem we have now had nothing to do with the work he did on 01-27-2016. How would he know without checking the clean-out valve he installed???
I have the reciept that has in print that his work is guranteed for 1 year
He said the best thing for me to do was sue him.
I said I didn't want to sue him; I just wanted him to check the line for any blockage.
Then Joe hung up on me.
