Iâ ve had the pleasure of meeting Jon last summer. He installed a new garbage disposal for me. Sent me specifications from Home Depot Before I purchased making it seamless. I was looking for a motion detector ceiling light for garage entrance. Jon recommended an occupancy light switch which he installed. The spring he disassembled 5 closet Systems. Mudded. Primed. Sanded. Painted. Painted. Installed closet systems from container store in 5 closets. And picked up contacts from the store. Installed motion detector lights in 5 closets. He has helped me with three emergencies water tank unable to be lit/toilet situation/explosion of water under kitchen sink from dishwasher. He is attentive to detail. Affordable. A good listener. Polite. Flexible with time. Neat. Leaves Work space nice and neat. He is great with technology. Jon connected ring doorbell to Wi-Fi. Installed smart plugs and set them to Wi-Fi. Connected lift master garage door opener to Wi-Fi which had become disconnected. Jon is my go to person now. If he canâ t do it he will recommend someone who can.

He came out the same day and at the time he stated. The job was completed as I requested, as well as discovering and repairing a second problem on my roof that I did not notice when I contacted him!

We had several small projects including replacing sceens in doors and windows, caulking bathroom shower, kitchen and laundry room countertops, removing and caulking perimeter of two bathrooms and around toilet bowl, securing loose shutters, caulking around porch pillars, cleaning and securing gutter, and staining and refinishing workbench. We were pleased with the work and the price and the punctuality. Jon is very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

John is very professional & timely. We were preparing to sale a home of a family member who passed away. He we very kind and patient with my family and I and worked three separate days to meet our schedule & deadlines. The last he worked, he worked all day so we could meet the date to put the house on the market. He absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. Any questions and/or concerns I had, he was patient and addressed them all in a professional manner. It is very difficult to find a Contractor with his workmanship, quality and professionalism. My family and I was very pleased with his work.
