He managed to get the pilot to light, but he observed that the gas flow was weak. Turned out he had to install a new pilot assembly. He was efficient and thorough and did not give up until he was sure the fireplace was operating properly. I am very satisfied with the outcome."

"This is not a professional company. The owner, Rocky, told me he had a professional crew. He lied. He started with 2, only 1 showed up the 2nd and he had to do the work of 4 men by himself. I would not recommend this company to anybody. I was quite embarrassed showing people the final result, they did a bad painting job, they were sloppy, Rocky claimed he could the floors, I cautiously agreed. Big mistake. There is not one thing that Rocky did right and he was rarely here. He left everything to one man, who worked hard and I appreciated him. As far as experience and professionalism, Rocky was a disappointment. I wasted a lot of money on an unqualified company.
