"Although Brayden, the lead installer did a wonderful job replacing the shower with an absolutely beautiful bathtub, there were a few details that make me a little disappointed. First, when we agreed to have this project, we were promised that it would only take one day, it took 2 days. We were also told that the water would only be turned off for 3 hours, it was off from 08:30 to 6PM, over 9 hours. The vertical trim piece both isn’t centered on the window handle nor is it centered on the lower vertical trim piece. Thankfully the finished project is an absolute awesome bathtub."

"They left a 'smear' of something (bathtub calking?) on the outside facing the acrylic shower. This material does not behave like the acrylic in the shower. This smear something I am not able to wipe or rub clean. This rough smear is now become a funny color which I am also unable to make white. I would like this company to return and save my new shower. They also installed a new toilet. It was supposed to be 2 inches higher the standard they removed. I needed the extra height because of my hip and knee condition. The toilet does not flush well and leave a clean toilet bowl. T"
