The Kitchen Shop

Love our new kitchen and master bath. Andy designed the layout and we couldn't be happier. Upgrades include a slide out spice drawer, a cabinet for trays and cutting boards, a lighted glass front cabinet for grandmas china and crystal, a lazy Susan built to handle a full load of canned goods, a lazy Charlie that holds our pots and pans, a large drawer you can configure many ways, a beautiful sink that never needs to be bleached (it's not white), and the beautiful quartz counter top. Andy is a genius. He also went above and beyond to get our fireplace mantel, shelving and beam cover all stained to match. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT ANDY THANK YOU.

It took 3-4 months to get it done. They installed the wrong sink. I was supposed to get a 6" depth sink but they put in a 8". There were etching marks all over the counter tops. So bad that all 4 pieces had to be replaced.

This job was a nightmare.  They ordered the tub which came in wrong, the tile work was inferior the cost was excessive and the billing was totally screwed up.  This Job could not have gone worse.  I would not recommend this place to anyone.  Six months to install a new tub for ten grand, really?

Poor installation.

I think I told the story up above.  I can say that after meeting the first contractor who told us he does not mix the tile up he just takes it straight from the box and sometimes it doesn't look that good when he is done. we told our sales girl that we did not want him.  She said she would get someone else but brought him out to do the job anyways.  I spent over 8 hours laying out the tile and mixing in the colored pieces from the Tile Shop to make it look perfect but he did not install it that way.  Nothing went right with this job.  The second guy came late at night and was tired because he was coming from a different job which is why we ended up doing so much of the work ourselves.  Even though the kitchen looks good now it was not worth what we had to go through.

They did a great job on our kitchen and everything was handled very professionally.

I rate them the best; they did great. I give them all A's and recommend them to anybody. I will use them again in the future.
