It shouldn't of even been necessary to verify. It was quite obvious. Then tried to throw be $50. What a joke. Rude and disrespectful through the process. Could of simply accept their neglect and did the necessary repairs. DO NOT use them. The company has absolutely no integrity and why risk damage to your property. They have now contacted me with phone call and numerous texts harassing and bullying me with threats of getting a lawyer due to my honesty.

I called the next day after a severe storm, He came out the same day I called to give me an estimate and did the job the next day. They did an excellent job and cleaned everything up. Super service and a great price.

For 12 years I raved and recommended this company, but yesterday’s service was horrible. The crew leader was rude and didn’t listen when I told him what I wanted done. Too much was cut back on the tree hanging over the house and the intention was to leave the rest untouched. Clean up was picking up the big branches and blowing the rest into the garden, with the explanation of “it is biodegradable “.

We were very happy with Andrew Tree Service. Jesse came over to walk our property and provided us with a quote the same day. On the day of service, Jesse and the team arrived early, worked together efficiently and safely, and left the area broom clean. We had 8+ trees removed, stump grinding and tree trimming. We would definitely hire them again.

Very well. They very good price and they cleaned up after themselves and there on time. They're work quickly. One of them named Jesse, was very knowledgeable responsive and great to work with.

I received estimates from 3 different tree companies and Andrew Tree was the best and they also gave me the name of their insurance company so I knew that if there was any damage it would be covered. They were on time, efficient and very pleasant. They arrived at 8:30 and had the tree down to the stump by 2:00. It took quite a while to grind the stump which was over 4.5' in diameter. I would recommend them and I would hire them again if I need any other trees taken down.

We called Andrews tree service out to my grandmothers home in Romulus. They showed up early and had the job started the minute they arrived. There was a crew of 4 men and all of them had a designated job and they rocked it. Jesse was amazing as he climbed the tree like a monkey roping things off and cutting at the same time. Each man knew their role very well and they made the job look very easy. They came out and cut down a large tree in the front that was over 50 years old. They cut down a pine tree the same age and grinned down all the stumps. They took down an pear tree in the backyard and grounded out 4 stumps from previous tree removal. They blew off all the sidewalks and yards and cleaned up every part of the mess they made. You would never even know they were out there cutting trees. They did all of this in 4 hours. All of the neighbors came out to watch because they were so amazed by the amazing way they were working so quickly and efficiently. They even cut a neighbors tree before they left. All of the neighbors are already ready to get them back out to take care of their unwanted trees. I would recommend them for the job every time. They will not disappoint. A+ work!!!

We had many trees to be removed, some small and one very large. The crews arrived promptly on the days they were scheduled to come, worked very hard throughout the day, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. They worked for two solid days. My husband and I were very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. They did a very careful job of removing trees around the house, and raked and cleaned up the mess afterwards. We would highly recommend this tree service company.

Jason and his crew from Andrew Tree Service were awesome! Punctual in contacts and actual date of service. Very professional and courteous as well. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Had 2 trees removed in April by Andrew Tree Service. The team, lead by Jesse, showed up on time and went right to work. They had the trees down in no time and I was impressed by the thoroughness of the team. Would recommend them to anyone and the price was very reasonable for the work done.

The service was fantastic, phone calls were returned promptly and all of my questions were answered. I never felt like I was bothering them with my phone calls to check up on my removal date. They were very efficient and organized doing the tree removal and the guys were all fantastic. They also did a great cleanup job. I had a huge tree in a very small enclosed backyard which made me nervous, but they did a wonderful job maneuvering in that tiny space without damaging any property. Thanks so much!

Received a quote right away (lowest among competitors for tree removal), and they were able to pull my job ahead. Work was done very professionally and quickly. It was very entertaining watching them cut down the trees and large branches, and they did it very carefully as to not damage the house. Stumps were ground and area cleaned up of all branches. Very pleased with the service.
