Need reliable plumbing help in Trenton, MI, or nearby? At Lucky's Sewer & Drain, we’re not just another plumbing company. We’re a family-owned and operated business that believes in doing things the right way. Our team is made up of licensed, insured, and uniformed professionals who show up in clearly marked company vehicles. We take pride in being clean, courteous, and committed to your satisfaction. We’ve built our reputation on trust, hard work, and a deep respect for our customers. We know that when you call a plumber, you’re not just looking for a quick fix—you’re looking for someone who will treat your home or business like their own.

"We are so pleased and would rate 15 stars not just 5. They worked about 11 hours straight on a Sunday and returned on Monday for about 3 hours to finish up. Most of the work had to be done in a crawl space. Supervisor Ron and John his right hand man were extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and told us step by step what ws being done. We would never consider hiring anyone else and definitely recommend Luckeys to everyone. Pricing was more than fair. The gals in the office were wonderful and knowledgeable also. I recommend a big raise for all. Thank you and God Bless you all."

"I paid Mr. Phomalee $1275 to do some bathroom remodeling work that he'd initially stated he'd be able to begin between Christmas and New Years this past December. After not showing up at that time, he proceeded to promise that work would begin on eight separate dates, missing all of them. During this time I received no communication from Mr. Phomalee unless I initiated it, and when I did he made an excuse related to his vehicle or family each time. Finally, I informed Mr. Phomalee that I needed him to return the funds paid to him as it had become clear he had no intention of doing the work for which he had been contracted. He informed me at that time that his previous excuses had been lies, that he had used the money I'd paid him for gambling, and that he most recently had not been able to due the work because he'd been trying to secure a loan to cover "the bad checks [he] had written to gamble so [he] didn't go to jail". So, I'm now in a position where I've had an unusable shower for two months, and will be forced to seek legal action against Mr. Phomalee to attempt to recover my money."

Electrical and Mechanical contracting commerical and industrial

"Came the day after I called to give me an estimate. Six weeks later after giving them the go ahead, I was still waiting. I kept getting excuses that they were busy and that they were short of personnel. Every time I called I was told it would be next week. Finally Bill Murray (the owner) called. He said he wanted to come out the next day, Thursday, review the work to be done And do the job the next day on Friday. He showed up as promised (sans protective Covid mask) and spent all of two minutes asking what I wanted done??? As he got into his car to leave he said his men would be out the next day...or Monday. I left several messages both on Friday and Monday with people from the business. They told me Bill would call me back. No one ever showed up or even bothered to call me. Two weeks later, nothing. Is it too much to expect professional service these days? If you didn’t want the job, why not just tell me rather than wasting eight weeks of my time. One can only assume that their workmanship is no better than their customer service. I’m probably lucky."

All Seasons One Hour offers fully-trained, background checked, and drug tested technicians who are happy to handle any and all of your residential HVAC needs. We are the Toledo franchise of a nationally recognized brand, and we hold ourselves to strict standards of professionalism and excellence. We have offered 100% customer satisfaction for over 45 years. Always on time, or you don't pay a dime!

"Company has been a major disappointment from start to finish. During installation, they tracked mud throughout the house, knocked my dehumidifier out of place (which I had to repair), and left mold starting on the furnace room drywall. They also failed to complete the job on the scheduled day, never called me back to reschedule, and I had to chase them down myself. Not long after, the system broke down completely, leaving us without AC for a night with it being 80+ degrees in the house. I have young children who were miserable and couldn?t sleep as a result, and I?m not sure what their ?emergency? service is, because no one answered their phones until the next morning and I tried calling their emergency line. I then had to take time away from work to be home while they fixed what the technician admitted was an improper installation. In addition, the ?premium? system we paid extra for actually made the gap in upstairs/downstairs temp worse. No money back for wasted time. Stay away."

Licensed & insured in Ohio & Michigan since 1987. Quality equipment & quality workmanship sets us apart from most of our competitors. Service calls are $75.00 to come & diagnose, then $75 per hour billed per quarter hour. A much fairer rate than many companies that charge a "flat rate" for the repair, since flat rate billing was invented to hide very high labor rates.

Gas Leak Repair questions, answered by experts

The right way to vent a gas water heater is to have a pipe directly upward or slopes upward out of the house. Because hot air naturally rises, this type of venting will efficiently ensure that all gas moves out of the house. Your system may rely on fans or blowers as well.

The best sealant for gas pipes is usually a pipe joint compound, or pipe dope. It creates a durable, leak-proof seal that is resistant to high pressure and vibrations, and it doesn’t break down like tape can. Yellow Teflon tape, or PTFE tape, can also be a good option and is a safe and reliable sealant for gas pipes when you or a pro apply it correctly.

In most cases, a gas stove should be installed by a licensed plumber. Connecting gas appliances carries many risks, chief among them a fatal gas leak. If your home is already set up with the proper gas hookups, you may be able to DIY the installation (or save money by hiring a local handyperson or basic appliance installer near you rather than a plumber). If you’re ever in doubt, however, we recommend going with a professional master plumber.

It costs anywhere from $125 to $2,000 to convert an electric stove to gas because it all depends on the current setup of your kitchen. For example, if you already have a gas line behind your stove, you could pay as little as $125 to have a plumber hook up your new range. Running a new gas line, however, costs between $260 and $820. If you don’t have gas service at all, you’ll spend around $2,000 to set it up.

If you're connecting your gas line to appliances, the pro doing the work may recommend flexible corrugated stainless-steel tubing (CCST). Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) is another relatively inexpensive material commonly used for residential pipes. Ultimately, you'll need to find out what is permitted based on the code requirements in your area.
