We are so pleased and would rate 15 stars not just 5. They worked about 11 hours straight on a Sunday and returned on Monday for about 3 hours to finish up. Most of the work had to be done in a crawl space. Supervisor Ron and John his right hand man were extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and told us step by step what ws being done. We would never consider hiring anyone else and definitely recommend Luckeys to everyone. Pricing was more than fair. The gals in the office were wonderful and knowledgeable also. I recommend a big raise for all. Thank you and God Bless you all.

I read a poor feedback, hired them anyway. Simply Lucky's was found to be prompt, respective, very competent and thorough and left my place cleaner then before job ( house replumb ). I plan on having them redo my kitchen. Thanks Ronny and everybody Forgot good price also

We had a great experience with these guys. Starting with helping get our insurance situation straightened out all the way through final walk through and inspection. They were very thorough in explaining everything and answering our questions. And they did great work. Would definitely recommend!

Rodney and Ken were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were highly responsive, professional, and graciously answered all our questions while expertly guiding us through the process. Their dedication stood out as they worked tirelessly from early morning until late evening to ensure we had everything we needed. This company is very unreliable called them on Saturday made appointment for Monday they told me be between 3 and 5 pm. Never got a call and I called many times the lady said the guy has been calling but never received a call so do not use this company.

I have to revise my previous comment. No 5 star service. Initially they showed up and addressed the issue. Subsequent trips to fix the issue resulted in promising to show up a specific time and showing up 3 hours late with no notice. Once total job was complete, toilet was unlevel (see picture) once reinstalled. Large gap to floor on one side of the toilet (see picture). I do not recommend.
