"The purchase of my new kitchen cabinets and counter tops went great, sales rep Greg was very attentive to all questions I had, made adjustments as needed, pricing was good, and they are made right on the premise, they came out to measure, delivery time was great, thought it would take maybe 4-6 weeks, we got in 2 weeks, delivery was on time promised, we did our own install. Counter tops were ordered and delivered 6 days later, installers were GREAT, Rodrigo and partner were on time promised, very professional, friendly, quick, cleaned up after, would not even know they were there, except for my new counter tops. Would definitely recommend Factory Plaza Per the picture the installers will do what is needed to get the job done 🙂"

"Everything was absolutely perfect, from start to finish. After choosing the style and manufacturer we wanted, we got quotes from three providers / installers. Prestige had the lowest quote, beating one competitor by about $500 and the other by nearly $2,000. The office personnel were congenial and helpful - setting up the order and determining scheduling were very quickly and easily accomplished. The individual sent to make the measurements was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything he was doing and patiently answered every question we had. He went into great detail about our options for corner shape, beveling, cutouts, and joints. The installers were also punctual. We were given a 4 hour window for their arrival and they showed up a few minutes before the earliest time stated. Their experience and professionalism were quite evident. They were precise in their cutting and alignment and used specialized equipment to hold the joints together while the adhesive cured. As a result, the seams are perfect - virtually invisible and blended in well with the countertop. Every person we dealt with was respectful, friendly, and worked hard to make sure we were comfortable and happy with their work. We are quite pleased and completely satisfied with our countertop and would definitely recommend Prestige to measure, cut, and install a countertop."
