It was an excellent service. He was on time. And he is good at communication. They cleaned up everyday.

It went faster that expected, it turned out beautifully and I have no complaints whatsoever. He had some good suggestions on what to do with the space and we were able to mesh his ideas really well with our expectations.

Summed up perfectly by another customer - "...our kitchen looks good if you don't look too close." Pricey given quality of work - toilet installed incorrectly, bathroom door installed incorrectly, glaring wall finish issues and many more. Responded to criticism unprofessionally and was unresponsive to follow-up requests after checks were cashed.

I unfortunately made a huge mistake and wrote a negative review on Jason when it was meant for someone else. I have no idea how to remove my old review. Again I am sorry. My negative review was an error about him not showing up for an appt

Job was slow to start but finished only one week late. Encountered some minor issues that were corrected after I pointed them out to the workers.

We would have gone with him, except he came out and then disappeared. We tried to get him again to come back out. We wanted to go with him and he didn't answer calls that he'd come back and didn't. He came out for the estimate and we were really happy with him. We called him back to do the job and he didn't return our calls. There was no cost for the estimate. We were impressed with him. When he came out, he was punctual. He seemed good. I'd be leery that he came out and he sold us on what he could do and then when we wanted to go with him, he never answered our calls which makes me think that if he did the work for us, would he disappear? I would be less likely to ever use him again.

Jason and the crew did a great job. They were very professional and personable as well. They were able to complete the job in a timely manner and made sure it was done right. There was a problem with the hardwood floors separating,, but they quickly came out and fixed the problem. They do quality work and stand by it. When it's time to redo the bathroom, they will be getting a call.

I called Catlin Construction to have them come out and give me a quote to repair my shower (it was leaking into the laundry room below), retile the whole bathroom, and repair the ceiling of my laundry room.  Jason arrived on time and took copious measurements and said he would send me a quote in about two weeks.  I didn't hear from him so after about seven weeks I sent him an e-mail asking if he had the quote ready.  I never heard from him.  If he didn't want to do the job he could have at least contacted me to tell me.

Never got back with any estimate. Didn't return calls.

I had them to repaint because it was pealing. They said it was not their fault and it was the paint fault. The paint people said it was not their fault and because the bathroom was too small. That was annoying. Other than that, they were absolutely phenomenal.

Job went well. Some unexpected problems with the wiring behind walls. Drove the cost up a little but they made sure the job was done right. Had to have them come back to do some repair work on the hardwood floors. The floors separated a little bit due to a lack of humidity in the house. Wasn't their fault, but they had no problem fixing it for us. Very professional, hard working and trustworthy. They also did a full finished basement for my parents which turned out fantastic. They may cost a little more, but you definitly get what you pay for.

They did a great job. They always showed up when they said they were going to show up. When they were going to be late, they called. The workers who actually did the work were very trustworthy. We felt like we could always leave them there. They always locked up and cleaned up after themselves so we never came back to a messy house. They were excellent.

Jason and his primary assistant, Dustin, did a complete renovation of the living area (kitchen, living, dining, laundry). Switched windows, removed a wall, added doors, completely rearranged and updated the kitchen, and turned an ugly ceiling into a focal point. Through it all, they were professional, pleasant, creative and smart. When there was a question of color or design, the collaboration was pleasant and helpful.  I would recommend them to anyone.

It went very well in fact.  Jason and his crew were very respectful in my home not only with their conversation with me but how they spoke to each other as well.  Even the music that they listened to while working was not rude or crude.  They came when they said they would.  They always cleaned up after each day's job.  And, they didn't damage my home anywhere else in the process.  Jason had no problem redesigning the plumbing, removing a huge tiled built-in bathtub and steps, and installing a shower with a European glass door and glass on top of 1/2 walls which permits more light into the shower.  Another 1/2 wall was built for privacy and a taller style toilet was installed.  12 x 24-inch ceramic tiles were used on the floor and on the walls of the shower.  Travertine was used for the baseboards and for the sills on the 1/2 walls of the shower.  My old stained sink cabinet was reused and now sports a golden Venetian granite countertop and white sink.  A single-handle Delta faucet was installed that operates with just a touch on the handle or base.  Lovely!  Even the kahki-colored paint blends very well with the tiles and countertop chosen.  I am very pleased with Jason Catlin's work and would hire him again in a heartbeat.  Matter of fact, a problem arose where the soap dish in a shower bath upstairs was not maintained and the water from the shower leaked into the half bath below.  Now there is mold behind the soap dish behind the wall.  I will be very happy when Jason can return and remediate the mold in the bathroom and rebuild what needs to be done.

They quoted us for $14000. They were very polite. They had two coverings and all kinds of stuff. I would use them in the future.
