Derek was given a key to the vacant property. He left the garage door un-hooked so the door could be opened without an opener, he lost an interior door key and tried returning it as original, (it doesn't work in the lock), his work created problems such as paint spatter, accidental paint on unfinished cedar walls when painting ceiling was painted instead of removed (now we have a huge problem), painted a plastic fence without permission (again a problem as is won't stick), vandalized the property, didn't complete the work he was paid for, changed the price after "completion".

Derek is extremely professional and hardworking. He completed the work on-time and on budget. He did a great job and I would recommend his services to others.

Great. Derek and his dad worked hard and did a wonderful job. They are both friendly and personable. They had to leave before they could finish a closet in one of the bedrooms so Derek said he would come back and complete the work.. Derek is a man of his word and did come back and finish the closet and clean up the waste and take it outside by my trash barrel. I would hire him again in a heartbeat as he works hard and is reasonably priced.

Great! He had great ideas and worked in the cold with a positive attitude with I stayed warm in the house! I appreciated his seevice and will hire again.
