Closet & Room Solutions

It went wonderfully. The installers spent about 5 hours installing all the parts and when it was done, I was blown away. They were very prompt with arrival time, and cleaned everything before leaving.. I couldn't have asked for more. We decided we needed another hanging bar after all was done and Dale dropped it off the next day. Awesome service.

I have a truly awkward "hole" that I couldn't use because it is too deep and  too high and I am just too short! However, Rick and Rocky are so knowledgeable and personable that I decided to have them design storage solutions for three other spaces. So, they also designed my pantry and two master closets. The final price was reasonable considering the number of spaces they designed and installed.
Apart from the excellent work, I really appreciate that they were always prompt, delivered what they promised, cleaned up after the install, and they are both just nice men!

They were awesome and very good.  I like the way they set up the closet, their lifetime warranty, their workmanship and their promptness.  The price was very reasonable for the whole house.  I have already referred them a couple of times.

I contacted Closet + Room Solutions via their Web site.    Beth, the designer, contacted me by e-mail within a day or so, and we scheduled an in-home consultation within a week.  Beth arrived on time, measured my closets, talked to me about what I wanted, and sat down right there with her laptop to produce designs for the space.  She showed me the designs, and we discussed and altered them  in accordance with my preferences. 

After the in-home consultation, Beth e-mailed me the designs and a contract.  We met on a Friday afternoon, and she sent me the materials on the following Monday.  I had a second estimate with another company set for Tuesday, so I delayed a decision.  Beth contacted me once to see if I had any questions. I did, and she answered them immediately.

I decided, based on both design and price, to hire Closet + Room Solutions.  They scheduled the installation within a week of the time I made the decision.

The gentleman who did the installation arrived on time and performed the services exactly as I hoped he would.  He removed the existing closet fixtures and installed the new ones, including a closet door for one of the closets.  He also took away all the building materials he had removed from the closets, and said that Closet and Room Solutions could have the materials recycled.

The work was performed well, in a timely fashion, and exactly in accordance with the contract. 

I paid half of the cost up front (when I signed the contract), and half upon installation of the closets.

This was a very satisfactory experience. I recommend Closet + Room Solutions, and I would use them again if I decide to have more work done.
