Gary came out on several occasions to sit and discuss with us everything about the job and estimates and what could possibly come up. They showed up a little late the first day, but called first thing to say they had vehicle problems and were running behind, which was fine by us, they also stayed late that day to accommodate. They kept us informed along the way and showed us what was being done, and handled everything appropriately. They also finished the job on time with a few unforeseen obstacles. Ultimately we had the interior waterproofing system put in for the front of the house, where the issue was due to tree roots, underpinning of a foundation crack, and a new sump pump.
