I took Eric's recommendation on the back steps and i am glad i did, it fits in better with the house than what i had initially wanted. The only criticism I had was with communications. This did not affect the installation but kept me guessing when the work would actually start. I was the proactive party and Eric responded to my texts and emails rather than the reverse. The quality and speed of the work more than overcame this minor issue. I would hire Austin again in a heartbeat.
