"Gary and his men ran into a few challenges with our 100 year old house but overall handled them professionally - explaining each step, what was found and what was to be done. There was a hiccup that caused some grief, but Gary took responsibility. He also provided us with a superior product to the one quoted when the crew found that the standard materials might not be the best choice and for that we are very appreciative. The work looks great and the big rains lately have proven the quality of the work."
