If you would like the exterior discharge line for the sump pump buried, we would be happy to do it for you. We never heard back from you to come out and bury it. "Grant, thanks for the time to leave a review for us and for the business. It is greatly appreciated. I reviewed your contract and it did indicate a three crack repairs with the original work (drain tile, etc.). However, upon beginning work, we found additional cracks and defects which were not on the original contract. This happens from time to time and when it does, my crew is instructed to contact the office to see how to proceed (chargeable items, extra work, etc.). They did contact me right away and then you and I spoke right away once brought to my attention, I gave the OK to proceed without any additional cost to you. You are correct about reviewing the contract carefully before signing as it protects both the client and the company so everyone is on the same page before the work starts. You were great to work with and very gracious in your understanding of the process. Also thank you for your service to our community!"
