Luckys Sewer & Drain

They were wonderful! Fixed the toilet , drain, and I used them to replace a failed water heater. Very knowledgeable and did an excellent job on all and cleaned up after. Would definitely hire again.

I arranged to have an Angi's list plumber come to speed up a bathtub drain, but also had a shower diverter on the wall that wouldn't let hot water come through the shower. Lucky's plumber looked at the diverter and gave me an estimate of $5400 and stated that Kohler no longer made the part and he had to buy Moen parts costing $2400. As an Angi approved plumber, I thought all was well and gave him a check for 1/2 the estimate at around 4 PM. After he left, I started to think the estimate was unreasonable and so I called at 8 the next morning to put everything on hold until I obtained another estimate. They had an answering machine picking up calls and so I left a message to put a hold on everything and finally reached a live person at 2PM and was told they ordered the parts which could not be returned. I then told them that I would call if I wished to proceed. I called another plumber who was able to get the part from Kohler and is scheduled to come back to repair the diverter. He apologized for the expensive part which cost $90 and estimated one hour labor. The total cost estimate is under $200. So, I think because I am 84, the Lucky's plumber thought he could get away with it. I feel that this plumber is a crook and I would like a full refund of my deposit of $2700. My check was cashed immediately the day I wrote it.

I had nothing but trouble with this company. Sub zero work on my sewer system. The Tech that came out was angry and botched the job with the concrete that he laid down in the basement to the seating of the toilet and repair. Not on time (hours late to promised time several times). I should never have hired them. I recommend that you not use them as well.

Contacted the company online, they reached back out less than 24 hours later. I was a non-emergency situation. Was quoted a great price and was booked for the next day. I was given a 2 hour window, the company called to let me know when they would be arriving and were within the window. Ronnie came to my house to perform the work I needed. He was very personal and professional. As a woman, I didn't feel worried or uncomfortable at all. When the work was complete, the price was exactly as quoted ahead of time. There wasn't any price gouging. Found a new dependable company who I feel comfortable using for any future needs.

Wow where do i start.The worst contractor experience ever!It ended up with the State Police at my door after his attemped assault of myself to make him leave my property.In short he was paid in full upfront never completed job was hours late 3 days in a row.Came out on Saturday night at 730 pm to storm around my house for 30 minutes running back and forth from his van no less than 20 times in 30 minutes.At one point telling me how lucky i was to even have ever show up and after his ranting about how great he was and what a POS i was he was askes to leave and not come back.Told he can keep the money for the torn up un finished job.Our mutual friend (who recommened him to me)followed him out to his van and told him to leave.i was watching from inside my, house he shoved his friend out of the way and came back toward my house i exited my house and locked the front door behind me I was not willing to let the people inside my house be in contact with him.I told him to leave at least 10 times his friend was telling him to leave he would not.He tried to grab me and i had to defend myself.Just plain CRAZY and this is the OWNER of the business.Cops came charges are pending going in this AM to get my PPO.WORST EXPEREIENCE EVER.

Amazing and fast service. Got my completely clogged sewer pipe fully replaced within 8 hours!!! Friendly, fast and empathetic workers. Made sure you knew everything about the process they were taking to fix the problem. And busted their butts to get everything done the same day, they even cleaned as they went and when they were done. 10/10 recommend they were great!

I contacted Lucky's late in the day for a leaking hot water heater. They arrived quick, assessed the situation and found a replacement hot water heater that was available that same day. They completed the installation that day, working late into the night. They were all courteous, responsive and professional to complete the job quickly. I would hire them again for any issues in the future.

If youâ re having sewage problems this is the company to call. Lucky is a good company to have to do your work. Our master plumber Ron went over & above for us. My hubby has cancer & is a US Air Force veteran & Ron made sure Bc of that, that it was cleaned up in a timely fashion. He even helped us with our insurance claim. Iâ m so happy with his work. Heâ s very good at his job & makes sure youâ re taken care of. So if you have sewage problems call Lucky Sewer & drain!
