They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. "I'm very happy with the service I received from Edge Plumbing. I had an emergency with my plumbing and needed my drain cleaned out the night before a holiday. Travis responded almost immediately upon choosing him as one of the plumbing services near me. He came over that night, and then returned the next morning at 8 AM. Very prompt and communication was constant. He got my drains all cleaned out, but found a break in my line which needed to be repaired. He identified where the exact location of the break and was very helpful working with the excavator to get my line repaired. "Great! They came in and did the job quickly. The price was excellent and the walls look so amazing. They even provided me with advice on the best paint to choose because I knew nothing about what kind of finish was best. They fit me in despite having so many other jobs to take care of and they completed the job so quickly. They also socially distanced to the best of their ability and used masks when speaking to us. I will definitely be using them again for any other paint jobs I need done."

"I had several companies come to our house and help us figure out how to fix water leaking into our basement (nearly every time it rained). All 3 companies told me that we needed an interior drain system, with a variation on the type/cost. 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was in the middle. What I liked best was how they were very familiar with my city (knew the inspector, mentioned other projects in the area, etc.). They also didn't try to get me to install stuff I didn't need, like a sump pump (another company stated we had to put one in but Bob told us it wasn't necessary for our city's drainage system). 
We paid a deposit and they came to do the project less than a week later. The project took 1 and 1/2 days (due to city inspection). We had one snafu during the project (water line broke and water gushed into my basement - which wasn't their fault at all) and they handled it incredibly well with no damage or additional cost to us. 
After they were done, we had a contractor come in several days later to replace the drywall that was taken out to install the drainage system. The contractor had no affiliation with 4-Every Water-Tite and he told us that they did an excellent job and "treated our house like it was their own."

"Of course the A/C quits on the afternoon of the 90+ degree day! Fan and compressor were not working, but indoor fan was, meaning either a capacitor or contractor issue in the outdoor unit. Called office 10 minutes before they were done for the day, but was able to confirm a repair appointment for first thing the next morning. Technician (Sean) was here at 8 am, and after a 2 minute discussion and check, confirmed that capacitor was the issue. Still under warranty from Bryant, so that was a plus, but I was surprised that there was a failure after only 3 years since last unit ( also a Bryant, nd installed by AC Engineers after house was built in 1997) never had a problem for the 17 years we had it until replaced with the higher efficiency unit. The interesting comment from the technician was that he would likely replace 5-6 more capacitors that day (!!!!!), not tied to any particular brand of unit, but more because all the manufacturers use the same capacitor from the same source, and "they literally don't build them like the used too". Rather illuminating - In addition to the capacitor fix, he did a full service check of the system. Excellent job, responsive and knowledgeable."

"I called and they showed up immediately, even with the amount of snow we were receiving and the amount of roads that were closed. They were very prompt, kind and professional overall. They were very attentive to make sure I was understanding everything that was going on. They were able to show me by camera what exactly happened and what they were needing to do to repair the problem. They wore boot covers in my home to make sure there was no mud tracked throw my home. I felt very confident that I was getting good service. ."

"Purchased a big deal for 299 to have them air seal the entire house. Overall positive experience and I would hire them again for the same project if I needed it  on a different house. Three guys came and were here for a couple hours working the entire time. They started doing an air blower test and then caulked and weather stripped the needed areas. They didn't say anything about the results of the air blower test and I would suggest to them to take some more time and explain the numbers after the air blower test is done and what they mean. I've had this test done before and I was curious to see what the results where. That's probably more my fault than theirs though since I was working on my computer the whole time they were here and I think they were just trying to be polite by trying to avoid disturbing me.  One did run up to home depot for a bit like other reviewers have stated however I didn't really have a problem with it. I get that every project is different and may require different materials. I would suggest to them if possible just buy a large quantity of everything and keep it on your truck. It comes off as a bit unprofessional when you have to leave a job because you are out of caulk or weather stripping when you are at the job to caulk and weather strip. Don't get me wrong though I thought they were overall very professional and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I read a few recent reviews that said they didn't appreciate the "hard sell" they were given to buy extra services. I'm really not sure what those reviewers were talking about as I didn't experience that at all. They did suggest I add more insulation into my attic but in no way did he try to "hard sell" me on this. It was more of an open ended if I wanted to have it done he could provide the service.  They did what they said they were going to do and I am satisfied with the purchase.
