"Robb & Geff were exceptionally knowledgeable. I had a Right of Way sink hole due to clay tile breakage by tree roots. Repair required careful digging between the curb and sidewalk to repair the collapse with PVC and ferncos. Their work with the digging machine was like a surgeon with a knife - not one chip out of the sidewalk, curb or driveway! They arrived on time, completed the work as outlined, obtaining all permits from the city. This team was professional, friendly, courteous, and the price quoted is what I paid even though they had to dig 5 extra feet - now that's going above and beyond! Anyone needing sewer work needs to have them on speed dial for ever thing dealing with drains or mains!"

"West Water were ready to begin the contract with only one business day of notice. Very convenient. The contractor arrived on time. They estimated the work would take two days. One to dig and replace line in my back yard and one to dig and replace the connecting line in the alley. On day two they discovered the line was buried deeper than the machine on hand could dig. This resulted in an extra day of work at no additional cost to me, while contractor called in a machine capable of finishing the work. Work was completed without any further complications. Contractor ensured that none of the sewer line was exposed. Dirt was returned on top of where it was excavated. They accepted a personal check for the estimated cost . This contract went very well for me. I will contact West Water again if I require further related work."

"Gary was very responsive in scheduling the work for a kitchen install under short notice. He and his team were very courteous and punctual, doing an excellent job in pointing out challenges in the design layout and suggested resolutions. He also lined up additional contractors that were needed for flooring and plumbing. Would definitely recommend and plan to contact him again for future projects."

"I bought my house and am very thankful the Everdry system was already installed, All homes within a 5 block radius of my house flood every year from basement leaks to sewage back ups and MY house has NEVER had ONE leak. It is such a relief to know you don't have anything to worry about once Everdry is in your basement. from the water damage to the expensive clean up cost my neighbors go through each year they are choosing to have Everdry installed in there homes as well."

"Doug and his team were incredible! They were so kind, very knowledgable, on-time, and the work is flawless. Our pipes burst in our kitchen causing a lot of drywall damage, they installed new drywall, color matched our current paint, and painted the walls and ceilings. It looks great and was completed ahead of schedule."
