They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. Great customer service and they earned their money working in some frigid and snowy weather. I hope to never have another sewer backup, but if I do, I will call Clog Busters."

Travis responded almost immediately upon choosing him as one of the plumbing services near me. He came over that night, and then returned the next morning at 8 AM. Very prompt and communication was constant. He got my drains all cleaned out, but found a break in my line which needed to be repaired. He identified where the exact location of the break and was very helpful working with the excavator to get my line repaired. "I had several companies come to our house and help us figure out how to fix water leaking into our basement (nearly every time it rained). All 3 companies told me that we needed an interior drain system, with a variation on the type/cost. 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was in the middle. What I liked best was how they were very familiar with my city (knew the inspector, mentioned other projects in the area, etc.). They also didn't try to get me to install stuff I didn't need, like a sump pump (another company stated we had to put one in but Bob told us it wasn't necessary for our city's drainage system). 
We paid a deposit and they came to do the project less than a week later. The project took 1 and 1/2 days (due to city inspection). We had one snafu during the project (water line broke and water gushed into my basement - which wasn't their fault at all) and they handled it incredibly well with no damage or additional cost to us. 
After they were done, we had a contractor come in several days later to replace the drywall that was taken out to install the drainage system. The contractor had no affiliation with 4-Every Water-Tite and he told us that they did an excellent job and "treated our house like it was their own."
