The owner/operator Lara was very quick to respond to my query sent via Angi's List and had an appointment sent in less than a week. For unforeseen reasons, the work ended up taking more than one day, but she was able to squeeze in the additional work time a couple of days later. The quality of the work is outstanding and I really appreciated the way she kept me apprised of the work as it unfolded, explaining all of the details of the work and any issues that arose that required additional cost. I like her and her assistance's work so much that I scheduled her to also repair a janky gas line in the basement that she noted when doing her initial inspection of the place. What I appreciate most is that I know she uses quality parts and does everything to code, and warranties her work.
