They scheduled their day at a time that worked well for us - and on the day of - Chris was right there to make sure things went well. They had a crew that unfortunately was unable to work that day due to a car accident that morning - Chris herself rearranged all the houses including ours and made the drive out herself to ensure we still were cleaned within the timeframe we were seeking. Impeccable service - the house looked absolutely terrific afterward -Chris and her team member were thorough, fast and courteous. "We had Dan give us an estimate to re grout our kitchen, dining room and laundry room tile. Over time it was filthy; and it had high traffic areas that were really bad, while the rest was just okay. Another area had grout that was a totally different color. We cleaned our floor often but the grout could never come clean enough. He traveled to the east side to give us an estimate. He was personal, professional and he said he could make our entire floor one color and he had an opening to get us in 3-4 days. He was on time for the estimate and for the appointment. He brought one person with him. The two of them were willing to do anything we needed to make our floor something we loved. And they did! We would highly recommend Dan to make your floor new again; just like he did ours. We love our floor thanks to him. Excellent service, excellent workmanship. The only thing I would caution on, is that they didn't want to move refrigerators, washers or dryers to do underneath them. Not a huge deal, but something to consider."
