Came on time and cleaned the ducts. Also did a sanitizer at the end. Put down carpet And floor protectors and wore slippers.

We called Amistee Insulation and Air Duct Cleaning, Kevin Van Tiem came to our home two days later and gave us an estimate. Amistee sent 2 crews; 1st for attic insulation, 2nd for air duct cleaning. Attic crew removed a huge bird nest from attic. They explained each planned step. I asked them to replace crumbled gable vent covers and thought I had correct size. Size was not right, it turned out. Lowe’s did not have correct size and they could not find size on computer. They finished that job quickly and efficiently and professionally. They cleaned everything up after finished. Very happy with this crew. 2nd crew arrived at scheduled time to clean air ducts. They explained their plan for this project and got right to work. They cleaned out each vent vault thoroughly. They then went to work cleaning return and supply ducts in basement. They cleaned out furnace and ducts very thoroughly. Our ducts had never been cleaned, probably since 1978, when house was built. This crew was very professional and thorough. Both crews wore masks and heavy duty shoe covers in our house, which I appreciated. This crew worked very diligently to complete their tasks efficiently. They even swept our entire basement when they finished! That evening I received a follow up call from the company office. I told them I am very pleased with both crews and their work and would highly recommend Amistee to anyone needing insulation or air duct cleaning services.

They were prompt and communicated well. BUT There was a lot of attempted up-selling which was aggravating AND they didn't reconnect the dryer vent which means that for a few days (until we noticed and fixed it ourselves) that there was additional dust and moisture spewed into the space. Not worth the $95.

I checked several local sources to get this job done and decided on Amistee because it came with a recommendation from the company that services my furnace, plus the price was competitive. On the first call I was given a detailed description of the cleaning process and an appointment was made. The day before and on that date of the cleaning I received a reminder as promised. The service was performed by Branden B. and Robert L. in a very professional and polite manner; lots of explanation; every question answered; great care for protecting walls and carpet;etc. They will be my first call next time I need to use any of the services Amistee provides!

The service was excellent. Torrell and Isaiah are very knowledgeable about the system, they arrived exactly on time and did an excellent job. They also provided before and after pictures and provided advice on our furnace filter.

ADRIAN AND MIKE JOHNSON ARRIVED ON TIME AND ABOUT 2 HRS CLEANING THE AIR DUCTS, SANITIZING THE UNIT AND SPRAYING AND CLEANING ALL OF THE VENTS AND COL AIR RETURNS.AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED, THE EVEN VACUUMED THEIR MINIMAL MESS. I WOULD DEFINATLY USE THEM AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE.

Worked with Julie to set up day and time for cleaning and was informed as to when to expect technicians. Kyle and Greg were awesome! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and they did a great job. They actually showed me pictures of our ducts before and after and of our very dirty outside dryer vent. My husband and I swear that the air smells cleaner and fresher since they left. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

They spent quite a bit of time here and were happy to show me what they were doing as they worked. I could not believe the amount of dust and animal hair in our duct work. I would highly recommend getting this done unless you have a finished basement ceiling or live in an apt building.

I contacted Aimstee for furnace air duct cleaning services. The service technicians, Scott & Alex, promptly showed up at my residence and were very professional, courteous, and exhibited proficient service & communication skills. The entire process was thoroughly explained, and before/after pictures of the air ducts were provided at completion of their cleaning services. Excellent service…thank you!

Everything went great. The two servicemen were professional, on time, and explained everything that was going to be done. They covered the floor where they were going to walk the most and wore shoe covers to prevent from tracking dirt throughout the house. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting their air ducts cleaned.
