Jim did a wonderful job repairing our hardwood floors. He explained the entire process and worked quickly and efficiently while keeping us updated on the project. He showed us different finishes so we could make a better decision on the look and even explained how to keep the floors looking good and what to do for years to come. Jim was excellent all around! He knows flooring inside and out and was able to talk us through the best option for our floors. We are super happy with our experience start to finish as Jim provided a reference floor job he completed we could check out in the area that had the finish we thought we'd like. After purchasing a new home in Dexter, MI, we hired Summit Construction to install a new hardwood floor in the master bedroom, and re-finish the floors in the rest of the first floor living area. Both jobs turned out fantastic and Jim was a pleasure to work with. He laid out options, made suggestions and the workmanship was flawless. Then "tragedy" struck, and part of the kitchen floor was ruined when the new water line to the refrigerator leaked. After advising us to wait several months for the sub-floor to dry out, Jim came out again and repaired the kitchen floor. You cannot see where the repaired area starts and stops - again, flawless workmanship. My highest recommendation goes to Summit Ridge Construction!

We are very pleased that we chose Summit Ridge Construction to install & finish hardwood flooring in the lower living space and refinish the existing hardwood flooring in the upper livng room.
