"The crawlspace of our 1930s home is small and challenging. Acculevel did a great job removing the old logs and stones that were holding up our floor joists, and replaced them with steel jacks. The men who performed the work were very hard workers. I corresponded with Acculevel via email after the work was performed to get photos and questions answered prior to us paying the invoice. They were very patient in answering all of our questions. It has only been a week, so I can't say whether the work will hold up, but so far our floors seem less squeaky! The only thing I would have changed is the fact that the vapor barrier they installed is not taped at the seams or walls. If you want it taped, make sure to ask for that during the quoting phase."

Cody and Greg did an awesome job and was very respectful to a single lady like myself and were careful of my belongings, as I have many glass antiques I have inherited from my mother. They have also offered to help me with my skirting around my modular home this summer to help with the insulating of my home. I also needed some plumbing work done and Steve sat with me and went over the estimate that I received to make sure I was not getting taken advantage of which I was not. They have been a great help througout this whole project."

Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."
