Oh, and he hauled away all the mess that was there before. Doesn't it make you tired just reading all this? Well, according to my tenant, Ben and his small team were tireless at their efforts. Ben was hardworking and considerate, and even the neighbors got to know and like him over the three weeks that he did the work. And the final result was beautiful and impeccable.
