Excellent work and customer service

Perry and Perry got back to me right away with a reasonable quote. They told me when they could get it done, and did it within that time frame. They also got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. They did a very nice job of fixing my porch so that it really looks like new.

Excellent and conscientious work by a local, long-time, business owner who has learned the trade over 3 generations of masonry, foundation repair, basement waterproofing, concrete pouring/leveling experience. The on-site crew was friendly, prompt and very good about cleaning-up once the job was complete. The estimate and final cost were exactly the same price -- absolutely no surprises. I highly recommend this company to any homeowner who's seeking such work. If you're able to plan a few months ahead when scheduling a project and/or acquiring an estimate, please keep in mind that patience is a virtue. I was told up front that this crew was booked several months out with other projects. But since I was able and willing to wait, I have absolutely no regrets about doing so now. As is the case with any competent, skilled, quality construction business today, they are typically booked several months in advance because of the high demand for their services.

The work was done on a rental and they took care of everything over the phone.  Quick to give an estimate and get the work done in a timely manner.

Salt & melt/thaw cycles had damaged the front stoop to my brick house beyond repair, so Perry & Perry came out, gave me an estimate, then went to a salvage yard in Detroit to find bricks which almost perfectly matched my original 1928 brickwork.  They built a scaffolding, constructed the steps, then put on cement caps so the salt/ice wouldn't cause damage in the future.  Really exceptional job--plus they are my neighbors & so was happy to throw some business their way.

The job went well and it has held so far. No complaints.  Provider was a gentleman and knew his business.

They went above and beyond for this work.  It took over three weeks to complete.  We were provided with regular, detailed updates.  They made some recommendations and suggestions during the process, all of which were thoughtful and helpful.  The completed job looks just amazing - like an entirely new basement. The painting they did was way beyond adequate -- they included areas that required intensive cleaning and some repairs -- we are thrilled!   The water/moisture repairs were "tested" by some very intense rain storms and came through with flying colors!  I'm convinced that Perry & Perry are not only superlative contractors, but also completely trustworthy, honest people who take great pride in the work they do.  I recommend them without reservation!

Prompt and timely. Did the work that we agreed on in the time we agreed on and for slightly less than accorded.

Extremely reliable, trustworthy - he really knew his stuff.  We received multiple estimates - he is the only one that took his time to explain what was needed and why - walked us through the whole process.  I highly recommend this company!

They were excellent. I watched their work on my home and they were very precise and exact. They did exactly what I wanted but I do not really know how to grade their pricing because I did not have three vendors bid on the same project. I would absolutely use their service again in the future.

The weather was bitterly cold that day, so Mr. Perry let me know they would start a little later in the morning than originally agreed.  I was fine with this, as I was expecting them to reschedule altogether since the temp was predicted to remain below zero the entire day.  
They started at the expected time, finished early, and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.  I have been very satisfied with their work and have had no reason to call them back out.  If I had another foundation repair to have made, I would gladly call Perry & Perry back out.
During the original consult, Mr. Perry gave me a few suggestions for other concrete things that I had noticed.

It went pretty good. The guy came out himself and gave me good quote. It seemed pretty good and their pricing was good.

They raised and sealed a sinking portion of one of our outdoor patios.  It took a while and some calls to confirm their service, but apparently because they were busier with bigger jobs.  Otherwise, no problems and so far, my patio is holding up.
