ASPER MASONRY

Went well -- Asper did a good job, and got the work done when he said he would.

Said all we needed was a cap on the cement porch, and that it would last a lifetime. We accepted the bid and the work was done. In less than one year the cap was crumbling. After more than 6 calls and 4 e-mails, there was no response. If Rick Asper is still in business, stay away![

Rick showed up when he said he would, and got the job done over the course of several days. The work looks good, and Rick and his other associates were always polite and easy to have on the property.

He and his associates were professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. He provided referrals and was professional yet friendly. The chimney looks great. I ask him about the condition of the fireplace -if it needed repairs -as one company who had cleaned the fireplace and chimney had said the fireplace needed repairs. He said it did not and a third company from whom I got a quote for the chimney repair had also said the fireplace needed no repairs. I had another estimate for the same chimney work which was considerably higher. I would recommend Asper Masonry highly. I plan to use him to replace a sidewalk. My personal impression is he is a honest man who tries to do the best job he can.

This company came highly recommended. Rick Asper stated he could put an overly on the porch that would look terrific and last 20 years. He came on time and the job looked terrific . . . until fall. The entire porch started chipping and flaking. I called and spoke to him once and he said he'd fix it, and then disappeared. I called him over and over, and then e-mailed him for a year, he never responded.

Great experience. Ge quoted honestly did the work as soon as he could and did a great job. We plan to have him come back to do stonework on the front of our house next spring.

I was very pleased with his work. He responded to my phone call in a prompt manner, came over when he said he would to do the estimate, and did the work as stated. He cleaned up the mess.
