"We got a free estimate on Monday from Joseph and Hayden (Roofing Inspector and Sales Reps) and our roof was replaced that same Friday—can’t ask for better service! They explained the roof’s condition, how Victors stands out (materials and attic ventilation), and that they offer a free annual assessment after completion. Supplies and a dumpster arrived Thursday. On install day, they protected our property. Darryl, our project manager, kept us informed throughout. Sergio and his crew started around 6 am and finished before 6 pm, replacing all shingles and redecking about half of our 1409+ sq ft roof in one day. Afterward, Shelbi (production admin) quickly responded to our request for more photos. We’re so thankful for our new roof with a 25-year leak-free guarantee!"

"Got to my roof in about two weeks and got the job done quickly. Very fair and honest pricing. Crew was respectful and efficient. Even though it ended up over the quote he stuck to the quote price and was upfront and honest about everything. Both the Owner and his wife are very nice and incredibly helpful. "We had a flat porch roof with water accumulating in one corner and damaging porch structure underneath. We were given a proposal that mentioned rebuilding the roof structure to prevent future pooling. The old rubberized roof was pulled off and a new one put in place but we were disappointed at first with the results, seeing some water still collecting in one area. When we informed the company, they sent their engineer out to investigate. What was needed, he decided, was guttering that had previously not been present. The work was performed at no extra cost to us, and we are now happy with the results."
