"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

Kenny did an excellent job of explaining options and worked with me to find a temporary solution that would allow me to leave and feel the house was secure. Custom front doors will be built and installed later. A security door was installed in the back and window bars were installed on the windows --- all of this work was done well and the installers were courteous, pleasant and timely. I will be using Protector Window & Door for the additional work that needs to be done.
