Everything went great and smoothly. The tech saw the issue, knew what to fix, and offered his opinion on whether I should replace only the broken spring or both (since they were different. He left the ball in my court on what I wanted to do without pushing for a sale. I opted to replace both springs and cables on either side of the door with his recommendation. The price was in the ballpark of what I was expecting, and I wanted it done quickly (they came out by 9 am the next day after calling them at 5:30 pm the night before). I would recommend Mammtoh Door.

My wife and I are thoroughly pleased with the all new 16'x7' 2480 Series Haas garage door (sandstone color) that Dan installed on Sept 27th which Brian had recommended as the better of the two options we were looking at. It is a VERY WELCOME replacement for the 33 yr old plus (yikes!) original garage door that I was concerned wouldn't make it through another winter. Dan did an AMAZING job on the complete removal (door/track) of the old door, installation of the new door and cleanup afterwards. He also took care of raising the height of the carryover (newer) door opener (about 3 inches) which was needed for the door to open/clear the opener rail due to the taller profile of the new track. He also carefully replaced the vinyl trim seal pieces (3) around the exterior of the door which was the option we choose of the two offered by Brian at no added cost either way. Two other items to highlight: the superior finish quality of the new door and the reduction in operating noise.

From the beginning things went Great! I talked to Nichole on the phone & she was very pleasant & knowledgeable. Dan was my serviceman & he was on time & very professional. When the unit he installed wasn't working up to his standards he went back to the office to get another one & reinstalled it. He explained everything throughly before he left. Fantastic job. Very professional and reasonable pricing. Mammoth replaced not only the doors but the rails too. They also sealed the sides and bottom of the doors. There are no gaps. It was all done in less than 8 hrs. and they were prompt. We highly recommend this company if you need a garage door replaced or repaired. They very much deserve the AL Super Service Award.

Luis (the technician) was awesome. He arrived within the time window they quoted me. They also send you a tracking link so you know how far away the technician is. Once here, he evaluated my garage door which was making a lot of noice. He determined that 2 of the rollers were bad. After replacing them and the seal at the bottom of the door things were quieter. The door moved smoothly up and down and the seal at the bottom helps keep out the rain. The service was definitely worth the fee.

i believe his name was brian called me 2;45pm and said that he could have someone come out between 3-6 ... louis (workman) called me from his previous job and said he would be at my home by 5 ... he didn't get there until 6;15pm no big deal i was going to be home anyway ... and being a 5 star contractor through angles list (domenico brick paving) i know the previous owner or the job needed more attention then previously thought....well he worked well into the dark and finished up at 9;30pm luis and brian were very professional and i would highly recommend them ......
