"We had a fairly large area outside of our kitchen (almost a perfect square) that was never "completed" by the previous owners. On both sides of this area are hardwood flooring. I had dreamed up putting tile into this area with a hardwood design in the middle of the tile. I had contacted three different contractors and no one seemed to understand what I was looking for except Elliot. From the very first visit when he came to quote the job, I was impressed with his professionalism, positivity and kindness. He also stressed that he would only work with quality materials for tile underlayment, which I liked. He isn't just about getting in and getting it done; he also cares about quality and workmanship. I value that. After receiving his quote and discussing it, we ultimately decided to move forward with having him do the work. Great decision!
The job did take longer than anticipated but he still continued to come each and every day until it was finished. He was meticulous with his work. The end result is exactly what we had dreamed up. We love it! The process of home improvement isn't fun. Our kitchen was torn up, there was dust, all of the things that go along with this type of remodeling. But, working with Elliot and his team was a blessing. They are kind, honest, considerate and value the quality of their work. They are also attentive to the needs of the customer and Elliot always responded to my inquiries, questions and concerns in a timely matter.

Mike worked efficiently completing the demolition of the previous stairs and railing in one day. He identified and corrected structural deficiencies from the previous construction and completed the remodel and finish work within the time he originally stated it would take to complete the job. He was even able to stay on-budget with the exception of the additional repairs identified during demolition. Even then, he discussed any changes early and found effective solutions that didn’t significantly increase the cost of completing the work.
