Access to this device and service was a lifesaver, for me, as the issue with the neighbor was being resolved. Moral of the story is that I needed a service done, was very happy with the customer service provided."

"I hired a company for mold testing. They came out quickly which is what I wanted and many companies were unwilling to do. I did not want a company to do testing and remediation. I wanted testing alone. I got my testing and then the hard sell to another company for self remediation. I dislike the scare tactics employed. The mold testing is the basis for their sales pitch to use another company to sell mold remediation products. I would not rely upon the company for any information interpreting the test results. I would find someone who is independent to tell you what the test results mean. Again, this is because your questions are filtered through a hard sales pitch."
