After the testing, I was called and my test report sent to me. The test expert on the phone went over the results with me. He told me what the numbers meant and then explained that I had 3 of the most toxic molds growing in my house. He said that the results were so concerning, he then immediately connected be to Biocide Labs to have them tell me what to do to rid the toxic mold from my house.

First, they charged my credit card (used for down-payment) WITHOUT asking, as we were going to use another card. Due to it being the end of my credit card cycle that night, we hurried up and put it on my card only to find out, they took it back off. So the card was overpaid, meaning balance was zero, and dropped my credit score. Secondly, they gave me results saying I still had 1 of the top 5 most dangerous molds in the attic after remediation and suggested we talk to another company who I 1000% feel took advantage of us on an air scrubber and forgers that we were told were completely safe only to find out they have carcinogenic. I called the 2nd company back 10 mins later (after checking their BBB rating and there were MANY who made complaints. That the fogger was way overcharged, have carcinogenic AND leave a film that is very hard (someone said they could not get rid of) to cancel until I did more research but after 8 calls and 2 emails NO ONE responded! They do NOT accept returns, so we will be out another $1300 after already spending THOUSANDS between remediation, HVAC (that actually left particles in basement, causing me to get more sick) air purifiers, Airbnb while they worked. Now I am not sure I believe the results by the first company on here and will have to spend another 300-500 on a 3rd air quality test! How can these tests end up different and this company allowed to send you IMMEDIATELY WHILE TRIGGEEED TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT CLEARLY PREYS UPON YOUR EMOTIONS.

Bad service . I donâ t recommend them at all . Please save time and headache. I was told the whole house will be inspected and tested . My Tanant informed me that they only did my basement and was about to leave . My Tanant asked him if he can do the kitchen at his request they did it after Al thought they were supposed to do the whole house . On top of that the charged me 100 $ extra from my card ! Please stay away !

He was not on time he was an hour and a half late and we did not receive a call saying he was going to be late I read the reviews and it always says he was on time and prompt not at this time

I was told I have mold spores another mole going on in my house which has made me and my husband very very very sick in the past six months, they told me the numbers were super high and three of the test that they talk. But I asked on my husband and myself are fully handicap and I was called and told her that I could buy a chemical kit for $600 and it s a do it yourself project to let our farms leave your home for three hours

Nice inspector but I had to ask to make copies of paperwork. It took 3 weeks for verbal results then transfered me to remedial company that wanted to charge me an outrageous price for a home kit that I would have to do myself. After several phone calls I never did receive written results. Would not recommend!
