From the estimate visit through completion of this big project, each and every staff person was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We were concerned about matching the color of our interior woodwork. The finished product looks fantastic. We have already noticed a difference in blocking outside sounds and more even regulation of interior temperatures. The installation team was took every step they could to keep all areas as clean as possible and were incredibly fun to have around our home. "Had a couple windows installed on Tues. June 20th. The screen on one was ripped, the installer said they would put a order in right away and have it out this week. There was no signoff's on work. Some of the caulk jobs around the windows are a little sub-par for my liking. Not the best quality work. Called the office for clarification on when my screen would be here this week. They had no knowledge of it, and it had to be ordered. Now it'll be July 8th before they can get out here. Had used their competitor (Hansons) for my last house. The comparison between the two is much different. Will probably go back to Hansons for the rest of the house here."
