"Hello [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with your landscape you did spend a lot of $ on the products you ordered. I'm also sorry that you are receiving false information from other landscape companies. Stones are used in landscapes all around and even thought stones do heat up the area it is usually the watering of the plants, or lack of that kills them. When we installed your landscape in 2021 I did a follow-up on your property in 2022 and everything was looking great, I have not heard otherwise until your review almost 3 years after your installation. We have had a lot of rain this year and if you have not been monitoring your sprinkler system, you may have drowned your plants. I encourage clients to purchase a moisture meter to help know if the plants are being over or under watered. Dogwoods are especially prone to dying when over watered. We encourage all clients to contact us if an issue it occurring, but we have not hear from you since 2022. Please give me a call if you would like me to come and take a look at your landscape. Thank you, Lyndsay"
