Crack in basement wall was covered by a sheathing.  Part of the floor was jackhammered out and re-cemented over tiling.  Any water that now comes through the wall flows down into the tiling and into the drain tiles under the floor.  Representative also noticed that our sump pump was not working, so we had it replaced.

He just quoted an all-in rate, then did a really beautiful job. They installed additional bracing where needed (and other companies did not include) and even added an additional strap at no addition charge--all to ensure he was completely resolving the issue and not leaving us with a potential problem in the future. He didn't mark up the permits at all either, which we appreciated.
