Angel did a great job helping me in a tough situation. He was very professional, knows what he’s doing and overall was the best plumbing experience I’ve seen. I work with contractors all the time. Angel did what he said and always maintain a cheerful disposition and positive outlook. Even when I had my doubts. He came and proved me wrong. Great job overall. I had a clogged drain that was backflowing into the kitchen sink, an emergency. They were able to come right away. Angel, the owner, was upfront with all and any fees for work that was performed. Once you hire them you will get SMS messages with appointment information and tracking of where the plumber is on the way and an estimated time of arrival. The plumber, Ronald, was able to clear the clog in 30 mins. Strongly recommend.

I had the occasion to hire KIPP Plumbing LLC for a pipe repair/reroute. I dealt with Angel the owner from the beginning; he was very knowledgeable about what I needed just over the phone. He arrived just as he said he would and explained to me what was needed and gave me a very fair price. When he arrived to do the job with his associate, Jimmy, they got right to work, again all the time during the job he explaining all and even answered my questions without hesitation and in a way I could understand. He was very professional and as was Jimmy, after they finished, they cleaned everything up and I was very pleased with the work, as a matter of fact he even took my advice on one item. If all the tradesmen were like him and his company, I would be a happy man, too bad there are not that many of them around. Believe me I have dealt with many in my lifetime. I scheduled some more work with him for a later date that I had put off for a while. If you NEED a PLUMBER, you best call him because if you don't, I do not think you will find a better PLUMBER who does this quality of work. I had contacted 4 other companies before this and I chose them based on the response I received and am I very glad I did choose them. Just FYI, I very rarely write reviews for companies but in this case, I felt it was necessary.

The experience with Kipp Group, LLC was terrible. I do not recommend. Does not come when he says he will. He ordered wrong parts, took my faucet and disposed of it without my knowledge or permission. Is not answering my calls. Left me in a position where I am unable to get my tub fixed since faucet was custom made and I no longer have it since he has disposed of the custom piece and faucet for the tub.

Hello, I'm very pleased with plumbing work by Kipp Group. Angel was very professional and upfront with the work needed and the costs. No surprises or scare tactics. Great communicator. The work was for a rental property and he had no problem coordinating schedule between me and the tenant. He also speaks perfect English and Spanish which was a big help. He solved the clogged drain problem. We discussed additional work that could be done and gave me quotes but he never pushed anything and completely agreed that we can do the work at a later time when I'm ready. I will definitely use Kipp Group again and recommend him highly. Thanks Angel!

I needed someone to replace my water heater. I chose the Kipp Group since they quoted the lowest price. Angel showed up and realized their was a leak. Was back in two days with a replacement. The quality of the work was great and he hauled away my old heater. Would definitely recommend!
