The guys were great. They were on time, professional and did not leave until the job was done. There were mechanical issues with the toilets and they had to get 2 other ones. They continued to do work as needed while one went to pick up the toilets. I would definitely use them again.

GREAT! Brock Mechanical's team was timely, professional and polite. They worked hard over three days and rerouted our pipes around a deck, pavers and roots of a large Weeping Cherry tree. I can't recommend them enough.

Joseph was able to come the same day and get the job done. That was a big relief to me. After the work was complete he showed me where the paperwork was stored with the tank and told me what I can do to maintain it so it lasts longer. He showed me how to shut off the water and gas leading to it and how to relight the pilot. We have very hard water in Fenton. I was very pleased with his work and grateful for the senior discount.

I made multiple appointments. They never showed, never called. They would not return my calls. A poor way to do business.

They set up an appointment. They called and had to reschedule. They did not show up or call. I called and they set up another appointment. Again no show and no call. After that they refused to answer my calls.

Ken from Brock Mechanical was great. He showed up on time, was very pleasant and professional, wore shoe coverings Inside my house, explained what he was doing every step of the way, worked efficiently, did a very nice installation job, and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. I will definitely hire Ken and Brock Mechanical again.

It was excellent. They did a great job. They were very fast in completing the job, very communicate about the work that needed to be done, and the quality of work was great.

It was excellent. Douglas was very professional, courteous, and did a couple of things to make my sub pump more steady. They left the job site clean. I talked to him over the phone and he seems to be knowledgeable and had good customer service.

They repaired the leak that was done in my crawlspace. It was a fine job and I am happy with the work.
