Right from the start, he was super friendly and took the time to make sure my dogs were comfortable with him before he got to work, which I really appreciated. He definitely knows his stuff and was very informative throughout the process. He worked quickly but was still very thorough. The tub looks brand new and the finish is beautiful. It’s hard to find someone who is both efficient, knowledgeable, and actually kind to have in your home. I’d highly recommend him to anyone!"

Our meeting with Tim was on 8/3/16 our walk in tub was put in on 8/22/16. The workers were on time they treated our home like their own home. They put runners down so our carpet did not get dirty, when they finished the job my bathroom was as clean as it was before they arrived. He replaced the kitchen faucet and all the plumbing underneath which was leaking and needed replacement. When he was done I didnt even know there was any work done. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"
