"Although Brayden, the lead installer did a wonderful job replacing the shower with an absolutely beautiful bathtub, there were a few details that make me a little disappointed. First, when we agreed to have this project, we were promised that it would only take one day, it took 2 days. We were also told that the water would only be turned off for 3 hours, it was off from 08:30 to 6PM, over 9 hours. The vertical trim piece both isn’t centered on the window handle nor is it centered on the lower vertical trim piece. Thankfully the finished project is an absolute awesome bathtub."

Zack answered all my questions/concerns, very appropriate, cleaned up after himself. Worked from the moment he came until the project was completed. I would recommend his work to anyone. "Professional and courteous workers. They did a beautiful job of enlarging and updating shower area to accommodate handicap issues. They asked questions and asked for our input. Also, very thorough with clean up. Our main installers were Tom H,& Matt C. At the wrap up of the project. 2 co-workers Nik K. and Deanthony J. Joined them to help wind up the project. If we decide to update our other bathrooms they will definitely be our team."
