We have an older home that has a concrete laundry tub that has been installed since the house was new in 1955. The frame needed to be replaced, and we needed a new faucet. Mike made us a very strong and safe frame for the tub. He safely removed the old rusted frame to install the new frame with no issues. He installed our new faucet as well and we couldnâ t be happier. His ingenuity and customer service is top notch. It gives us peace as a home owner knowing weâ ve found someone honest and professional to repair our home. 5 Stars to Well Maintained Home Services

Mike arrived on time and went right to work. We had a live edged board that needed to be fit as a mantle and sawn to also use as trim. Mike made sure to clean as he went and did a beautiful job. We highly recommended.
