He definitely knows his stuff and was very informative throughout the process. He worked quickly but was still very thorough. The tub looks brand new and the finish is beautiful. "We were replacing an electric range with a gas range and there was no gas supply at the location. Normally I would perform my own plumbing work, but because of varioius obstructions, it was beyond my capabilities. They showed up to perform the work on time and installed a flexible gas pipe in less than 40 minutes. I converted the range from natural gas to LP gas and plumbed it in to the new supply pipe and it is working beautifully."

"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"
