"They did beautiful work on my bathroom. I had several cracks in my tile floor due to rotted wood and they tore everything out and redid it in no time and at a much lower quote and were very flexible. He also came in right at quoted cost with no overages or job delays. They were also very mindful of my cat and making sure he didn’t get out of the house. I highly recommend Mr Backsplash for bathroom/kitchen work!"

"Gjovi did a great job installing tile in our kitchen, bathrooms, and entryway. He handled everything from demolition to final details, delivering high-quality work on a fast timeline. Communication was easy throughout the process. Highly recommend."

"Mario and his helper did a fantastic job. They did exactly what they promised to do. They showed up when they said they would and installed the tile perfectly throughout. It was amazing how quickly they work. We hired Mario after we fired a previous handyman who didn't show up when he said and when he did start the work was so bad I had to tear it all up before it set. Mario fixed it up and made suggestions on direction of the tile that turned out so well. They were friendly and polite and we always felt we could trust them to be alone in the house. My wife doesn't trust anyone but she trusted them. They were worth every penny."

"They did a fabulous job. Crew was friendly and professional. The price was reasonable and we were extremely pleased with their work."

"James came over looked at the job and gave us the better of all the previous estimates we received. He then told us how much paint we would need. Two days later he brought his helper and they were done the same day. Well done and affordable"

"I interviewed 4 people for this job. Arturo presented himself the most professional and came in at a reasonable price. I am very happy with his work. He showed up everyday and worked very hard to get the job done. He was very transparent on when he was coming and going. He is a very trustworthy guy. My basement turned out beautiful. Couldn't have been better."

"I hired them to paint kitchen cabinets. Diane and Roger were timely, good communication, showed up when they said and came to work. Finished the job in the agreed time frame. Neat, took care to cover floor, surfaces, shoes. Made adjustments easily. The job itself was fine, a few small mistakes but overall , they were a reliable, professional, Detroit-based company that showed up, communicated well, did a good job for a very good price."
