"The tile work was done very well. We are pleased with the quality of the work. There were a few things that led to the "4" rating: 1. The work hours were odd; typically from 11 AM to 6 PM. This was not always convenient for us but we were never asked about that. 2. The crew often used our broom and vac to clean up. We would expect that these basic tools would be part of the crew's. 3. A pipe that led to our Jacuzzi tub was disconnected leading to a big puddle in our basement. 4. Our shower control came apart after we used it two times; the crew had re-installed it and we had to repair it. Perhaps the crew should have called in a plumber."

His pricing was very reasonable and the job was done within the discussed timeline. Kevin and his crew installed new drywall for my 400 square foot family room walls and ceiling (to cover a horrible texture), sanded, mudded, primed, painted, and installed trim. He worked around my timing for electrical and tile work to be done as well and came back after the carpeting was installed to put the baseboard trim.
