Great team

The tile work was done very well. We are pleased with the quality of the work. There were a few things that led to the "4" rating: 1. The work hours were odd; typically from 11 AM to 6 PM. This was not always convenient for us but we were never asked about that. 2. The crew often used our broom and vac to clean up. We would expect that these basic tools would be part of the crew's. 3. A pipe that led to our Jacuzzi tub was disconnected leading to a big puddle in our basement. 4. Our shower control came apart after we used it two times; the crew had re-installed it and we had to repair it. Perhaps the crew should have called in a plumber.

Adnan and his team are great! His pricing was good, customer service excellent, and my kitchen looks amazing! I have shady asked him for a quote on another project.

Footprints had a very good group of subcontractors do my job. They were meticulous, prompt, courteous, and efficient. Customer service was excellent too (scheduling, phone calls, texts, etc). The floor looks gorgeous

Adnand and the crew were professional. The job was completed on time and as promised. The floors look beautiful.

The estimator and the project supervisor were very disconnected. I was hounded quite a bit for my deposit with very few options on how to submit payment. Once the project started there is minimal communications on timing, the people doing the work were also very disconnected from project supervisor. It was a very frustrating project with communication issues, left lights on when they left and we couldn't turn them off because of the floors, and schedule issues.

Salesman was professional and confident but the actual workers would show up late or not have all the equipment causing delays. Which made them try to install the baseboards before the sealant coat was applied. And after convincing them, they came back a couple of days later to install the baseboards. They appeared rushed, since I had to nail punch 40% of the nails after they left because they were sticking out. Clearly they did not waiting long enough for the nail gun the charge before nailing again. While laying on the floor punching nails in, I noticed all the imperfections in the floor itself, things stick under the poly, like white paint from the previous quarter round, holes that did not get filled in etc. I am glad it was only one room, which I am going to have redone when I refinish the rest of my house.

Last minute delay was a problem, but they did a great job scrambling to get back on schedule. Quality of outcome very much appreciated!

Extremely responsive. The entire team is so responsive and listens to you! We always new what was going on and what would be happening next. The crew was amazing and FAST. Very good experience from the time they submitted the bid to the final payment. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

My floor contractor passed away unexpectedly before he could finish a 400sqft roomâ s wood floors. The Footprints team jumped in to save the day just 2 days before our moving truck arrives with our things. They evaluated, priced, and sent a team over ON THE WEEKEND to do the job. While we knew we had to let the floors cure before placing furniture snd rugs, it was amazing to have the job completed quickly. We will call them again for future needs.
