Jeremy took off with $5000 for a camera system he never delivered on. He is unresponsive to phone calls and texts. Do not hire him for anything.

DO NOT HIRE. Worked with Jeremy over several days in late December 2024 to develop a quote for whole home Ethernet and camera installation as well as networking gear, and he seemed interested in starting the project quickly. However after paying a $5800+ deposit for the work, I received zero information about when the equipment would be ordered or installation would start, and Jeremy has been unresponsive to phone calls, texts, or emails.

Buyer Beware!!!! In one day they charged my credit card 4 times for a total amount of $5500 for no service performed. They are crooks!! I am getting the authorities involved

They came back and finish the job like they promised to do.

Make sure you get written estimates and a bill before you pay them. We never got a written estimate or receipt or any paperwork from this company. They overcharged us and wonà ¢ t provide an invoice to prove their math is correct. Work is sloppy too. Canà ¢ t even install a straight electrical outlet. What I donâ  t understand is how Angi and Home Advisor who owns Angie can stand behind this company. BEWARE

They also do sound systems, alarms, and outside lighting.

Jeremy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the camera system and was able to reset as well as gave additional advice on other services to secure the system. I would hire again as well as recommend to others.

A bit expensive but Jeremy did a great job and was very friendly.

The installer was on time and skilled to handle all issues, my walls were concrete so different drill no studs. Polite and patient ð ð ð Try them you will be pleased!!!!

I got this company from Angi list, they gave me 3 referrals talked to one set for Monday. I was completely mislead when Jeremey called thinking he was person I talked to. When he called he said we had talked or I assumed we had...and he was the one I had talked to, whom gave me an estimate over the phone...He was suppose to call me Monday and I thought this Jeremy was the person I had set to come ....and it was not....His price was so very much more than the other one that I spoke to. I am a senior citizen on fix income and that hurt my purse quite expensively ...

Exposed wires drilled holes in the brick did not calk the exposed holes, exposed wires. Was given an approximate price per camera, was double the estimate per camera. Had neighbors and friends look at the job all the wires should have been run through the attic. Home theater and stereo may be his thing, but cameras are not.

I was always taught to compliment before criticizing first I would like to say they arrived on time, the job was completed quickly, but I would not hire them again. Reason being rep was not equipped he asked me for a measuring tape to use secondly he did not clean up his mess I had to sweep up the floor I am almost 70 years old with back issues and I had to assist him with the lifting a TV that could have been lifted by himself. He never offered to remove the tv box to the curb. The worst was the body odor. I had to air out my room for 3 hours and he arrived around 10 am no excuse. Oh, I forgot I had to ask him his name and if he is here to mount my tv. The cost $150.

They messed up the hidden wires messed up my electrical and now it has been 2 weeks trying to get them to send out another one to fix the lasts ones mistakes as well as had to cut two holes in the drywall with one outlet that does not work.

I have used Home Advisor for many years. Unfortunately, this is the first time I have written a negative review. Metro Cinematics did a poor job that required 2 visits to properly install my TV. The first person that came was very personable but was not knowledgeable. He indicated he had never done an install with a client that had ATT UVerse for cable TV service. That should have been my signal to cancel the install. About 3.5 hours later with A LOT of confusion my TV was installed. The WIRES WERE NOT CONCEALED and the job looked VERY unprofessional. He also installed the TV mount over my TV inputs. He did not tell me what he did. This meant after he left I learned I had less functionality than I did before the install. I would have appreciated him telling me what he was doing. My biggest concern was with my cable. To mount my TV he disconnected my cable box and reconnected it. My cable has NEVER worked properly since the TV install. Jeremy came to fix the wires. He gave me suggestions on how to fix the cable but it did not work. Jeremy was not pleasant. He DID NOT WANT TO WEAR A MASK because he said he was vaccinated. I had no way to know that he was telling the truth. This was in early April when COVID rates were going up. He sensed my frustration and wore his mask. Although he fixed the wires my cable still acts up and has been a big frustration for my family. I would NOT recommend this company - especially if you have ATT Uverse!
