"The tile work was done very well. We are pleased with the quality of the work. There were a few things that led to the "4" rating: 1. The work hours were odd; typically from 11 AM to 6 PM. This was not always convenient for us but we were never asked about that. 2. The crew often used our broom and vac to clean up. We would expect that these basic tools would be part of the crew's. 3. A pipe that led to our Jacuzzi tub was disconnected leading to a big puddle in our basement. 4. Our shower control came apart after we used it two times; the crew had re-installed it and we had to repair it. Perhaps the crew should have called in a plumber."

He saw that, underneath the botched project, was the potential for a great looking rosewood deck. Magically, this man (and his kind and diligent assistant) converted the eyesore into asset --one that I am now proud to show off to any guests that happen to stop by. And his bid to do the work was much less expensive than my prior bidder (who only offered much less satisfying patch-up job). BRAVO!"
