When the job was completed, he cleans up the way he found it. Mac is definitely a team player and I recommend that he received an incentive compensation, for doing extraordinary work. He is definitely motivated to work efficiently and maximize revenues. Thank you for the quality services and not taking advantage of the elderly. Our bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt (with same footprint) - the end result was fantastic and I believe the value was very high. Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. We will call them again when we get ready to remodel our kitchen. Allshire is a good company because it is made of good people."

He managed to get the pilot to light, but he observed that the gas flow was weak. Turned out he had to install a new pilot assembly. He was efficient and thorough and did not give up until he was sure the fireplace was operating properly. I am very satisfied with the outcome."
