I drove it in and the front fender fell off. They wouldn't let me drive it out. Nu-look made sure to clean the inside and outside of the car before they let me have it back. I think that shows attention to detail. I noticed a scratch on the driver door and the salesman came right out with the paint and touched it up so it doesn't show at all.
Tom and Jacob were great about calling me every other day or so to let me know what the status was.

My insurance company recommended Nu-look as they had dealt with them in the past. I had some minor damage due to an accident that included scratches and a small dent as well as a rearview mirror that was torn off. The office people were polite and provided an estimate for me on my first visit. In addition they arranged a rental car through my insurance company that was waiting for me when I dropped the car off. My car was repaired as good as new. It was finished earlier than expected. In addition it had been washed and the inside had been vaccumed. I couldn't have been happier. I highly recommed this company. I used the Monroe Ave. location.
